Gethin Thomas spotted the animal at around 4PM on Saturday 3rd December then reported the sighting to us later that evening.
Chris told Puma Watch: “I’m worried about walking my dog in this area if this creature is still lurking around.”
“We heard some leaves rustling and saw a black big cat. It was too big to be a normal cat or dog, lying down behind the grass.”

A dog walker spotted a ‘black panther’ hunting rabbits and birds on Ffrith Beach, Prestatyn at 6am this morning.
It was a little bit shorter than a Labrador, longer body and a really long tail. We both stood about 15 foot from each other for about 10 to 20 seconds then it walked off into the trees.
